Cold Tomato Catsup Recipe

One-half peck tomatoes, three pints of good vinegar, three-fourths

cup salt, three-fourths cup ground mustard seed, three peppers,

handful celery seed, one tablespoon grated horse-radish. Mix well and

bottle tight.
