Patty Shells Recipe
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup chicken stock
1/2 teaspoon salt
few grains cayenne
1 cup cold diced chicken
Melt butter in saucepan; stir in flour; add chicken stock; season and
bring to a boil; add chicken and cook slowly 5 minutes. Fill patty
shells and serve at once.
