7. Brush the rolls with milk before baking.
8. Bake the rolls in a very hot oven until they are almost fully baked.
9. Remove the rolls from the oven and brush them again with melted butter.
10. Bake the rolls for an additional 10 minutes until they are golden brown.
11. Serve the rye rolls hot.
