Chow Chow (original) Recipe

MRS. E. A. PFEIFFER.



Two gallon tomatoes, twelve onions, two quarts vinegar (malt), one quart

of sugar (brown), two tablespoons of coarse salt, ditto of mustard, and

black pepper, one tablespoon of allspice and ditto of cloves.
