10. Cover the pot and simmer the pudding for a duration of three hours, ensuring the water remains at a gentle boil throughout the cooking process.
11. Once the pudding is fully cooked, carefully remove it from the pot and allow it to cool slightly.
12. Invert the mold onto a serving plate to release the pudding.
