Veal Loaf Recipe

Three-fourths pound raw veal, one-fourth pound raw salt-pork, three

eggs, nine crackers, three teaspoons salt, one and a half teaspoons

pepper, parsley. Chop very fine, and bake one hour. When cold, slice
