Egg And Rum 315 Calories Recipe

1 cup fresh milk

Yolk 1 egg

1 tablespoon sugar

Speck salt

Few grains nutmeg

1 tablespoon rum



Beat yolk, add sugar, salt and nutmeg; add milk and rum.



NOTE.--For consumptives, taken at about 6 A. M., often prevents the

exhaustive sweats which accompany the morning doze. Also may be given to

a patient before dressing to prevent exhaustion.
