Quick Waffles Recipe

2 eggs

1 quart of milk

1 quart of flour

a little salt

1 tablespoon molten butter

1 teaspoon sugar



Beat the eggs very light; then gradually mix in the milk, flour and

salt; add melted butter.



Pour into the waffle iron and bake at once.



Grease irons well and do not put in too much batter.
