Lingua Di Manzo Al Citriuoli Tongue With Cucumber Recipe
Ingredients: Ox tongue, salt, pepper, nutmeg, parsley, bacon, veal,
carrots, onions, thyme, bay leaves, cloves, stock.
Gently boil an ox tongue until you can peel off the skin, then lard it,
